Your 70 m² villa brings together two bedrooms, a welcoming living room, an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Your own entrance, a private terrace and a barbecue: space to enjoy each day just as you please.

All the details of your villa
An open-plan kitchen for meals at your own pace: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and filter coffee maker. Your own washing machine is also available. Air conditioning in the living room cools the entire villa.
Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, so you can travel lighter. Just remember to bring your own pool towels.
A cot and high chair are available on request, at an additional charge. One villa has adapted access and bathroom facilities for guests with reduced mobility. Contact us to check that it meets your needs and is available.
All four villas share the same layout: 70 m², two bedrooms, a living room, an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Each has its own entrance and private terrace so you can make the most of your stay.

Enjoy lunch outdoors, cook your favourite barbecue dishes and let the conversation linger. Your terrace has a table, chairs, a parasol and your own barbecue. Bathed in sunshine, it is also a lovely place to relax, with shade close at hand whenever you need it.

The pool
At the heart of the property, a circular pool measuring 8 metres across invites you to cool off. Unheated, illuminated and surrounded by protective barriers, it is open from 1 June to 30 October, with 24-hour access during this period. Sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower complete your time in the garden.
At your own pace
A game on the volleyball court, a round of pétanque or a badminton rally with rackets provided: rediscover the pleasure of playing together. Mölkky, darts, children’s games and board games, including Crazy Eights, keep everyone entertained. Or simply settle into a hammock.
Thoughtful touches
Free parking within the property, a bar at reception and breakfast on request at an additional charge. When in season, oranges, clementines and figs are yours to enjoy, picked straight from the trees.

For a stay of at least two complete weeks in high season, the first week remains at the full rate. The 10% discount applies only to the second week’s accommodation, excluding cleaning, tourist tax and extras.

Weekly rates, festive nights & returning guests
Each complete week is charged at the weekly rate. Remaining nights are charged at the nightly rate. If your stay spans two seasons, each period is calculated separately.
Christmas Eve: €300 for that night. New Year’s Eve: €350. These rates take priority over the usual rate; year-end stays require a quote confirmed by your host.
After a previous high-season stay, enjoy 30% off the normal price of your low-season reservation, subject to verification by your host. Cleaning: €55 per villa per stay. Tourist tax and extras are specified in your quote. Refundable cash security deposit: €200 per villa per stay.

Are the terrace and pool private?
Your terrace, entrance and barbecue are for your exclusive use. The pool is private to the property and shared by the four villas, along with the garden and leisure facilities.
How many guests can my villa accommodate?
Up to six guests: one bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds and a sofa bed for two adults in the living room.
When can we use the pool?
The pool is open from 1 June to 30 October, with 24-hour access during this period. It is unheated, illuminated and surrounded by protective barriers.
Do we need a car?
A car is highly recommended for exploring the Algarve at your own pace, and parking is free within the property. Prefer to travel without a car or don’t drive? Ride-hailing apps such as Uber and Bolt are another option.
As a guide, your hosts estimate a journey from Faro Airport at around €10–15 for a four-person vehicle. The actual price depends on the time, demand and vehicle: check the app before booking.
Are linen and baby equipment provided?
Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own pool towels. A cot and high chair are available on request, at an additional charge and subject to availability.
What are the check-in times and stay charges?
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Cleaning costs €55 per villa per stay. A €200 cash security deposit is required per villa per stay. The tourist tax set by Faro municipality under Portuguese regulations will be specified in your quote.
Can we bring a pet?
For this holiday, your four-legged companions will need to stay at home: pets are not permitted on the property.
Can we smoke inside the villas?
The villas are non-smoking indoors. You may smoke on your terrace and in the garden. An ashtray is provided.
Is a villa adapted for guests with reduced mobility?
Yes, one villa has adapted access and bathroom facilities. Contact us to check the arrangements for your needs and availability for your dates.
How do we book and find out the price?
